Situation

Several projects were being carried out simultaneously at the law firm, requiring collaboration among different teams and effective communication.

Actions

I coordinated schedules, streamlined the flow of information, and provided ongoing operational support to everyone involved.

Outcome

The team was able to work more smoothly, respond to changes more quickly, and move through subsequent project stages more efficiently.

Situation

The law firm was organizing an industry conference for clients and partners, and the preparations had to be coordinated with the team’s ongoing work.

Action

I took responsibility for the logistics-from the guest list and venue, through the materials, to the day’s schedule-and coordinated arrangements on an ongoing basis with those responsible for the substantive program.

Outcome

The event ran without surprises, allowing the legal team to focus on conversations with guests instead of organizational matters.

Situation

As the law firm’s team grew, it became clear that the onboarding process for new employees looked different each time and took longer than it should.

Action

I documented the onboarding process step by step, prepared checklists, and clearly assigned responsibilities between the administration department and IT.

Outcome

New employees are able to get started more smoothly, and onboarding each additional employee now takes noticeably less time than before.
