That's why I focus on solutions that are practical, effective, and built around how your business actually operates. My focus areas are contract negotiation, corporate law, intellectual property, and public procurement, especially for IT, gaming, energy, and industrial clients. Off the clock, you'll usually find me in the kitchen or out paddleboarding on Lake Żywieckie. Beyond that, I keep coming back to contemporary Czech literature, photography, railway technology, and video games.

An energy company was entering a new venture with an industrial partner and needed someone to stay on top of the corporate side day to day, from the structure of the collaboration to everyday operational questions.

action

I took on ongoing legal support for the project: advising on the right form of collaboration, drafting and reviewing corporate documents, and answering the management team's questions as they came up.

The management team could focus on the venture itself, confident the formal side was under control and legal risks were caught before they became real problems.
