At work, I am fascinated by analytical topics and the search for solutions that not only provide answers to the client's current questions, but also allow me to avoid problems that are invisible at first glance. To help entrepreneurs make the right choices, I am constantly developing and expanding my knowledge in the field of tax law and corporate law, with particular emphasis on M&A transactions. I know that taxes play an important role in the organization of business activity and are often one of the main aspects of assessing the profitability of transactions related to the restructuring process.
I gained my previous experience during the ongoing service of corporate clients, working both in Polish and English, and participating in M&A processes and due diligence analyses. In my free time I learn Spanish, draw and go hiking.
